Infrequently Asked Questions

  • When will my order ship?
    It is our intention to ship all orders on the day they are received. Overnight, 2nd Day and PriorityMail must be received by 1:00 Pacific Time. All Ground Shipment orders must be received by 3:00 Pacific Time.
  • How do I get a tracking number for my order?
    If you add your email address, you will receive a tracking number from our carrier. Track is possible only within the United States.
  • How do I get a job at Paktek Inc.?
    The best way is to marry one of our grandchildren. We are a family owned and run business and most of our own children have other interests, but we hold on to hope that one of their kids might do ToolPak. The oldest is 7, so it will be a while.
