The Hummer JackBag #18100, (NSN 5140-01-429-6945), is the original military issue for the 4 piece jack system found on the Hummer vehicles. 

Made from black 1200 denier polyester nylon, it has 2 black wrap-around webbing handles and 4 black webbing ties.

The three sleeve pockets with velcro fasteners hold the lug wrench, jack wrench and jack extensions.

Laid flat, the dimensions are 23 X 25 inches. 

Rolled up, the dimensions are 23 X 8 X 6 inches.
